İzel Baybars is an Istanbul and London-based Music Producer, Sound Designer and Audio Engineer.
A SAE Institute Audio Engineering graduate, Baybars has a strong background in sound and music, seamlessly blending technology and art. Her work spans sound design for film and TV, as well as sound design and original music composition for experience spaces, digital art projects, and various creative disciplines. Collaborating with leading studios and prestigious brands, she has contributed to numerous award-winning projects.
As the creative force behind Pleizel, Baybars brings her intricate productions to life on stage. She is part of Max Cooper’s label, Mesh, and continues to perform across the UK and Europe.
Ogün Kayıkçı

Ogün Kayıkçı is an Istanbul-based Multidisciplinary Sound Designer, Composer Audio Engineer.
A SAE Institute Audio Engineering graduate and an Electronics Engineer, Kayıkçı combines his technical expertise with artistic vision, working across various disciplines. His work spans sound design and original music composition, as well as digital art projects, sound installations, and interactive audio systems. With a strong background in electronics, he has deep knowledge of sound setups, hardware-based audio systems, and interactive sound design, making him a versatile creator in both conceptual and technical aspects.
Collaborating with leading creative studios and prestigious brands, Kayıkçı continues to develop unique projects that merge art, technology, and engineering.
